Which S-Class keys we can make, by year
The FBS3 S-Class generations show Yes in the table: the W220 (about 2000 to 2006) and the W221 (about 2007 to 2013), with a working key or with every key lost. CL coupes follow the same rule: the W215 (about 2000 to 2006) and the W216 (about 2007 to 2014).
The W222 that arrived around 2014 is FBS4 and shows Factory key (NASTF). We order a factory key for your VIN through NASTF, as a registered Vehicle Security Professional, and bring it to you. It usually takes one day to a week to arrive.
From about 2021, the W223 shows Call with your VIN. A 2013 or 2014 car can sit on either side of the change, so the VIN decides. On a car like this we'd rather be straight with you than promise a key we haven't checked.

S-Class key jobs we do

Can you come to a hotel or office garage in Buckhead?
Yes. We work wherever the car is parked, including hotel and office decks in Buckhead and Midtown. Tell us the level and the entrance, and let the attendant know we're coming. The owner, or someone with the owner's ID and registration, needs to be there.
Will the lost S-Class key still start the car?
Not after we're done on a W220 or W221, unless you ask us to keep it. When we program the new key, we disable the lost one in the ignition module. That matters on an S-Class, where a found key could otherwise start a very expensive car.
