How do I know if my Mercedes is FBS3 or FBS4?
Your VIN tells us. FBS3 is on most models up to about 2014 and FBS4 on most from about 2015, but the change didn't land the same year on every model. We check the VIN on the call, so you know which route applies before anything is booked.
What happens if my Mercedes turns out to be FBS4?
We order a factory key for your VIN through NASTF and deliver it to you. It usually takes one day to a week to arrive, and in the meantime your car stays where it is: no tow. We give you the exact price for the factory key on the call.
What does NASTF VSP mean?
It means we're registered as a Vehicle Security Professional with the National Automotive Service Task Force. NASTF vets who can access manufacturer security information such as key data, and that registration is what lets Mercedes Key Programming order a factory key for your VIN.
Where do I find my Mercedes VIN?

Does a Mercedes key cost the same for every model?

Do I have to bring my Mercedes to you?

What should I have ready when I call?
